My oh my….summer is so fun. The Texas heat…not so much. Our average temperature is at 105 daily. Good gravy…that’s hot. We are so blessed that Granny and PawPaw have a swimming pool so we can do this….
We had a special swimming day with our Aunt Meg and cousins!! Sooooo much fun!!!
We even made FOOTBALL ice cream!! Heard of it??

It is simply marvelous. Delish!!!! Just like the churned…homemade kind…you remember from growing up! It’s SOOO GOOOOD!!!

After our swimming excursions last week this Mamma was a roasted lobster so we laid low this weekend. I de-crapified my house times a thousand. It needed a good cleaning…and I can’t believe how much I got done. It makes my soul so happy. Simplicity truly is so much easier. I even did a few projects that have long been on my to-do list.
