Happy MONDAY!
Look what we woke up to in West Texas this morning….
It SNOWED in the DESERT! Yahoooooo!
Jaxon could care less. In fact…all he wanted to do this morning was….
read his library books in bed.
Too sweet! When I asked him if he wanted to play in the snow…this is what he said….
No. Go away. Reading books Mamma! LOL! Honestly I’m perfectly okay with staying in and staying WARM with a cup of coffee.

When he finally did get out of bed…he found his first Elf surprise.
I told him he had a BIG surprise….
I put it in the front window…and when he spotted it he ran to it!
A little sun-catcher Elf ornament craft.
He had to squeeze the Elf a little bit….he doesn’t care that you aren’t supposed to touch the Elf. Ha ha ha!
Then he realized what surprise he had!
A little Elf sun-catcher ornament craftie. [[$1.99 at Michael’s]]He LOVES them!
Of course he had to paint it immediately!
He diligently paints every little section. He loves to paint sun-catchers, so my Mom got him quite a few different ones for his Elf surprises.

Okay so ready for today’s craftie???
Here we go!
Last night my BFF and her kiddos came over for a craftie night and we also reviewed the Oil of Olay product I’ll be posting about soon!
Here’s the gang getting their CRAFT on!
Lorie brought coffee filters over to make Coffee Filter snowflakes and showed us how to make our own.
They are SO SUPER CUTE!
Here’s how you can make your own:
All you need is coffee filters and scissors.
Start by folding your coffee filter in half.
Fold in half again.
Fold in half one more time.
Use your scissors to make shaped cuts.
Unfold your filter….and VIOLA!
SUPER CUTE and SUPER EASY snowflakes! Love them!
I put ours up this morning…perfect decoration for a snowy morning!
Here’s our front window before….
And now with snowflakes!
Have fun making your own SNOWFLAKES!
And have a SUPER BLESSED day!
XoXo
